Meditation Sessions

Open Meditation Sessions – A tranquil environment where individuals can practice meditation in silence. These sessions are open to all, regardless of experience level.

Weekly Group Meditation – Every Monday and Wednesday from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, join us for a group meditation session guided by our experienced instructors. A perfect opportunity to practice mindfulness in a supportive community.

Personalized Meditation Instruction – For those looking for one-on-one guidance, we offer personalized meditation instruction tailored to individual needs and goals.
